CYCLING
I love getting out on my bike and seeing how much I can push myself. If I had to choose a sport to keep going at and to keep fit with, cycling would be it. It is a sport that allows you to get outside and travel around to different places at speed, well, faster than walking or running anyway.
Over the years I have had highs and lows with my bike. Meaning, I would do well at times and at other times I would slack off and not go out anywhere with it. This is when my tyres would go flat and I'd have to pump them up again. This was a sure sign that I wasn't using the bike enough.
So my goal from now on is to get out there as much as possible and get fitter. Also lose a bit of weight in the process. I will keep you updated on where I have been on the bike, projects that I am working on and what I am planning to do. Lets hope I stick with it! :-)
