Canon EOS 5D Mk 1 DSLR - 13mp.
I’ve got a 5D! Can’t believe it! A full frame camera! I sold a few things on ebay to justify buying it. Got rid of an amp, speakers, pair of giant binoculars, an old car stereo and made enough to buy the 5D Mk1 for under $500 with a few accessories thrown in. Has a shutter count of around 32,000 and was used by a professional who has upgraded to a Mk 3.
Everything that came with it....
- Canon BG-E4 battery grip
- 3x after-market batteries
- Canon dual battery charger (rare item)
- Canon single battery charger
- Canon EF 100mm 2.8 USM macro lens with UV filter
- 5D Mk1 Magic Lantern guide book
- 5D Mk1 camera manual
- 16gb no name CF Card (400x transfer speed)
- Data transfer cable

I've added to this setup my existing equipment....
- EF 28-135mm IS USM Lens with UV filter
- EF 50mm 1.8 Mk I with UV filter (metal mount)
- Hahnel shutter release cable with remote
- Canon Speedlite 220EX (for fill flash when needed, as the 5D has no pop up flash)

Items I have recently bought....
- Hardly used Canon Speedlite 430EX II Professional Flash (I have no idea how to use this
but it does swivel and turn so looking to do more portraits and macro work with it indoors)
- Well used Giottos professional tripod with Manfrotto ball head – this one stays at home as
it is heavy duty.
- Manfrotto 680B medium duty monopod with Manfrotto tilt head (for trips out)
- Changed the Lowepro Fastpack 100 for a Fastpack 200 so that I have a bit more room to carry stuff.

Wish List
- I’ve got my eye on an old Canon EOS 300V 35mm film camera body which I
want to utilise for black and white film photography. So watch this space!
- Ilford 400 B&W film
- Ilford 200 B&W film
- Yongnuo RF-603C II Witeless flash trigger x2 (for portrait work)
- Make / buy a diffuser softbox
- Make / buy softbox stand or solid base for 680B monopod
